When invoked, will kill the client returned by
`layout.current_client`. ICCCM WM_DELETE_WINDOW is used instead if the
window reports to support this protocol.

* Rename `before_wait' worker callback to `before_watch';
* Setup `before_watch' callback in the runner, handling events with the
  manager;
* Test the mux worker with a cucumber scenario.
